Paul W. Barnett

Profile

Paul has been in private law practice in Northern Virginia since 1995. Prior to joining Manning, Murray, Barnett & Baxter PC, he was a partner in another local law firm. Before entering private practice, Paul served as counsel to a United States Senate Committee. He is an active member of the Elder Law and Trust and Estate sections of the Arlington County Bar Association as well as of the Virginia State Bar. He is also a member of the Virginia Guardianship Association and the Real Estate section of the Virginia State Bar.

His community and professional activities include speaking at bar association meetings on estate planning and elder law topics, serving on the board of directors for the Arlington County Bar Association and as an active member of the Arlington Host Lions Club with several terms on the board of directors and as a past president. Paul has been a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys since 2005.
